Potrete sciare tutto il giorno, fare pausa agli apres ski il pomeriggio e venire a ballare con noi ad esclusivi Party la sera!
Dal 16 al 19 marzo a Folgaria.
SOLO 195 € includono:
4 giorni di skipass (giovedì, venerdì, sabato, domenica)
3 notti in hotel 3 stelle con mezza pensione (giovedì: cena; venerdì: colazione e cena; sabato: colazione e cena; domenica: colazione)
3 feste a tema in diversi locali
Après ski tutti i giorni
Assicurazione infortuni
NON includono:
• Viaggio andata/ritorno (l’anno scorso siamo andati con un bus e abbiamo speso 25 € in totale)
• Cauzione dell’hotel e skipass che poi vi ridaremo una volta terminato il viaggio se non distruggete l’hotel e se non perdete lo skipass (20 € la cauzione dell’hotel e 5 € la cauzione dello skipass)
• Noleggio materiale sportivo (facoltativo)

Solo scarponi 15€
Casco 5€
• 6 h di lezioni di sci o snowboard (facoltativo, totale 25 € … solo per principianti)

E' solamente una pre-iscrizione. L'iscrizione sarà ufficiale solamente dopo il pagamento che può essere effettuato via trasferimento bancario o in ufficio ESN.

+++ IMPORTANTE +++:
Le iscrizioni iniziano lunedì 9 Gennaio e terminano quando sono finiti i posti.
Ogni sezione di Italia ha 20 posti però molte sezioni dal sud Italia non vengono perché sono molto lontane quindi in teoria ci verranno dati altri posti. Una volta che si raggiungono i 20 iscritti le iscrizioni sono chiuse fino a quando non ci comunicano di avere a disposizione altri posti disponibili.
Se pagate l'evento e dopo il 14 Febbraio decidete di ritirarvi non potete essere rimborsati. L'unica soluzione sarà quella di trovare un sostituto che prenda il vostro posto.

Are you ready for the next big ESN Verona event?
4 days of fun in the snow!!
You can ski all the day, take a break at the “apres-ski bars” in the afternoon and come to dance with us at the exclusive parties!
From 16th to 19th March in Folgaria.
ONLY 195 € including:
4 days of skipass (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
3 nights in a 3 stars hotel with half board (Thursday: dinner; Friday: breakfast and dinner; Saturday: breakfast and dinner; Sunday: breakfast)
3 theme parties in different locations

NOT including:
• Trip Verona-Folgaria and Folgaria-Verona (we went by bus last year and we spent 25 € totally)
• Hotel and skipass deposit that we will give back to you at the end of the trip if you don’t destroy the hotel and don’t lose the skipass (20 € the hotel deposit and 5 € the skipass deposit)
• Sport equipment rent (optional)
Full ski/snowboard: 30€
Only ski/snowboard: 25€
Only boots 15€
Helmet 5€
• 6 h of sci or snowboard lessons (optional, 25 € totally … only beginners)
When you pay you will only have to pay 195€ + 25€ deposit.

This is just a pre-registration. You will be officially registered for the trip just after the payment that can be by bank transfer or at the ESN office.

GENERAL INFO
Departure from Verona on Thursday 16 March early in the morning (when we know how many Erasmus guys leave from Verona we will decide if to go by bus or by train or by a bus together with another ESN section of another Italian city)
Arrival to Verona on Sunday 19 March in the evening after the last ski-day
+++ IMPORTANT +++
Registrations start Monday 9 January and finish when the places finish.
Every ESN italian section have 20 places for their Erasmus students but a lot of ESN section from the south are not coming for the distance… so, theoretically, the organizator will give to us more places. When we arrive to 20 places we close the registrations till when the event organizator tell us the number of other free places.
If you pay for the registration and you decide to not go after 14 February, you can't have back your money. The only one solution will be to find another person that want to go at your place.
