Finalmente ci siamo.. l’evento più importante dell’anno è arrivato!!!!

Stiamo parlando di 4 giorni di puro divertimento con più di 3000 erasmus provenienti da tutta Italia. Ti assicuriamo che sarà il weekend più pazzesco del tuo erasmus, non perdere questa opportunità irripetibile!!

A RIMINI, la località turistica più famosa d’Italia, che ogni anno ospita milioni di giovani in vacanza tra mare, discoteche, stabilimenti balneari e altre attrazioni.

Inoltre riceverai il welcome pack ufficiale dell’evento e la maglietta dell’Evento Nazionale.
Precisiamo che i pranzi NON sono compresi nella fee e saranno a carico tuo; abbiamo deciso di darti la libertà di restare a letto a dormire o andare a mangiare quello che più ti piace (Rimini è famosissima per la piadina).
Se vuoi partecipare alle gite di venerdì e sabato mattina (non è obbligatorio andare), dovrai versare 10 euro di cauzione per ciascuna gita; se parteciperai e non resterai a letto a dormire, questi soldi ti verranno restituiti.
La gita all’Italia in Miniatura prevede l’aggiunta di 11 euro per il biglietto d’entrata (di solito costa 23 euro)
Secondo il regolamento eventi di ESN Italia, puoi partecipare solo se sei in possesso della ESN Card! Inoltre dovrai versare 50 euro di cauzione che ti verranno restituiti alla fine del viaggio.

You will also receive the event’s official welcome pack and the T-Shirt of the National Event.
We want to precise that the lunches are NOT included in the fee, so you will have to assure them.
We also decided to let you free to decide if you want to sleep in the morning, or to go to visit the city and eat whatever you want (Rimini is famouse for the PIADINA).
If you want to join the optional trips on Friday and Saturday morning, you will have to pay 10 euro deposit each. If you will actually come to the trips (not staying home sleeping) you will have your money back.
You will have to pay 11 more euros (it’s usually 23 euros) for the “Italia in Miniatura” trip.
According to the ESN ITALIA regulations, you can only take part to the event if you have the ESN Card!!
And you will have to get 50 euros deposit, that will be given you back at the end of the Trip.

Por fin ha llegado el evento más importante del año!!!
★★★ SOL, MAR, EN DEFINITIVA EVENTO NAZIONALE!!! ★★★
Estamos hablando de 4 días de fiesta con más de 3000 erasmus de toda Italia. Esto va a ser el fin de semana más increible de todo tu Erasmus. No te puedes perder esta oportunidad!!
✔ DÓNDE?
En RIMINI, el sitio turístico más famoso de Italia, que cada año acoge millones de jóvenes que pasan las vacaciones en sus playas y discotecas.
✔ CUÁNDO?
Del 19 al 22 de mayo del 2016.

Jueves
7.01 - salida desde Verona Porta Nuova.
10.04 - llegada a Rimini.
12.00 - bus para la fiesta en la playa.
15.00 - posibilidad de utilizar las instalaciones deportivas para jugar a volei-playa o fútbol-playa.
17.00 - fiesta en la playa.
19.00 - buses de vuelta al hotel.
21.00 - cena en el hotel o en los restaurantes de los alrededores.
23.00 - buses par ir a la disco.
23.30 - discoteca PETER PAN - PINK IS PUNK.
A partir las 3.00 buses de vuelta al hotel.
Viernes
9.30 - Excursión a San Marino (optativa).

Además está incluido un pack de bienvenida oficial y la camiseta del evento nacional.
Los almuerzos no están incluidos en el precio, por lo que podéis elegir si quedaros a dormir o salir a comer fuera (Rimini es muy famosa por la piadina).
Si quieres participar en las excursiones de las mañanas del Viernes y del Sábado tendréis que dejar 10€ de fianza por cada excursión; si participáis en la excursión y no os quedáis dormidos os devolverán el dinero.
Por la excursión "Italia en miniatura" la entrada vale 11€ (normalmente son 23€).
Para poder participar es obligatoria la tarjeta ESN.
Os pedimos una fianza de 50€ que os devolveremos al final del viaje (si durante todo el evento no hay desperfectos en el mobiliario)

Las inscripciones cierran el Viernes 11 de Marzo, después de esta fecha no va a ser posible inscribirse al viaje!
