    • Please note that payment for the "virtual" card must be made in advance. This means you cannot pay for smaller amounts, like 100 copies, each time. Instead, you’ll pay €30 upfront, and after that, simply show your ESNcard and give them your name. They will then deduct the number of pages you print from your balance.

    • Printing is available in black and white only.

    • A smart way to save money and paper is to request double-sided printing (front and back).

  • To save time, you can email your files to verona@dotstore.it in advance, and they’ll have your documents ready when you arrive.
